As we continue to adjust to the ongoing challenges of running a business in the current climate, it’s become clear that we need to safeguard the time we allocate for our clients when accepting an appointment booking.
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows cost our business thousands of dollars per week which would ultimately need to be passed on to you, our clients, in the form of service price increases.
Now, if I had never cancelled at short notice, and always attended every appointment as booked, I wouldn’t think that was very unfair- and we agree. So, that’s what we hope to avoid.
To avoid preventable price increases, we’ll be requiring a non-refundable booking fee when accepting any appointment.
Here’s how it works:
It costs us significantly more than the amount of your booking fee if you do not honour your appointment, as we’ve turned away that income from other clients wanting to book, but we’re hoping this process will be enough of a deterrent to minimise this occurrence.
We will continue to ensure that our focus remains on delivering the most outstanding experience and results at the best value we can, and we thank you for your support in helping us do just that.
